Exciting opportunity to represent a leading Global Facilities Management organisation across the UK, dedicated to providing high standards within both hard and soft services. We are seeking a driven and results-orientated Sales Director to lead, develop and close new business opportunities. In this critical role you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive significant growth across this key channel. About the role: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan; meeting and exceeding revenue targets across the UK. Develop and build long-term professional relationships with existing, new, and potential clients, developing a long-term active pipeline across both existing and new markets. Build strong relationships with BDMs, supporting their progression. Use innovative methods to develop new sources of profitable business Generate tenders and relevant documentation, using specialist support functions as well as local managers. Raise the company and business profile by representing the organization at industry events as well as high-level networking. Attend monthly sales reviews with the VP of Sales to ensure they are fully updated and informed. Attend and actively participate in all divisional board meetings and Monthly Management Meetings Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. About you: A minimum of five years of proven sales/business development experience from a relevant Facilities Management background Experience in dealing with a range of people, including site staff, suppliers, and customers Target-driven and comfortable in a high-pressure sales environment Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills Strong customer focus and ability to promote a sense of team spirit within the business Capable of influencing others and engendering confidence in senior managers through face-to-face, telephone, and written communication Self-motivated, able to prioritize demands and make decisions under pressure Self-sufficient: able to work independently as well as within a team If you're interested in the above role then please click apply or get in touch to discuss further.
