Sales Director

A leading construction materials manufacturer in the Midlands are looking for a Sales Director to join them on a permanent basis.This role will be developing, setting and delivering the strategy for their products to the market as well as developing their product range and proposition for their existing (and future) slips systems (EWI, mechanical rainscreens etc). This will include consideration of MMC markets, Mid / High rise, Retrofit/External Wall Insulation and interior decoration segments & opportunities.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategiesPrepare operational and financial sales department reportsOversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales teamDirectly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitabilityQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceCommercial leader with a strong understanding of the UK façade and cladding systems market3+ years' of sales leadership experience5+ years' of experience in salesStrong leadership skills
