The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of success in the construction industry, specifically with facade systems. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.Identify and target new business opportunities within the facade subcontractor market.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, contractors, and developers.Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.Prepare and present sales proposals, bids, and contracts to potential clients.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience in the construction industry, with a focus on facade systems.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong network of contacts within the construction and facade sectors.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to lead and inspire a sales team.Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.Willingness to travel as required.What We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive benefits packageOpportunities for professional development and career advancement.A collaborative and innovative work environment.
