About the Role:A well funded, rapidly growing, mission-driven company in the wellbeing sector is seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to join its executive team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth strategy, managing sales teams, and expanding market reach across existing and new markets.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a small, high-performing sales team. Foster a culture of excellence and provide ongoing coaching and support.Sales Strategy: Develop and implement growth strategies for both existing and new markets. Take an active role in managing key accounts, driving new business, and closing deals.Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent new business flow. Regularly adjust strategies to meet and exceed targets.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a unified approach and exceptional client value.Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales performance and key metrics to executive management. Use data-driven insights to continuously improve strategies.Client Advocacy: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and challenges to tailor effective solutions.Experience & Qualifications:Minimum 10 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven track record in business expansion and growth, with experience in high-value enterprise sales.Expertise in managing relationships with C-level executives and channel partners.Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive change and inspire teams.Experience in business process outsourcing (BPO) is highly desirable.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Ideal Candidate:The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, hands-on sales expert, and inspiring leader with a passion for promoting wellbeing within professional environments.
