And it is within this domain that you will meet with new customers from across the UK/Europe to secure new opportunities.Role and Responsibilities:Identify and source leadsDevelop leads created via a highly valued customer service reputationBuild and maintain a pipeline of opportunities Work with the Leadership team to agree and target key client sectorsActively and successfully manage the sales process through credentials pitch; requirements gathering; solution pitch; negotiation; close and handover to the wider businessRequirements:A successful track record of sales achievement within the Outsourced Contact Centre sector or within People based Service SolutionsA recognized talent within the industry A high level of knowledge from within the Contact Centre Technology space, customer contact strategies and market propositionsHighly competent in Word, Excel & PowerPointConfident negotiator and with the ability to ‘close the deal’Excellent stakeholder management expertiseHave a genuine passion for delivering high quality customer serviceBenefits:Excellent base salary to attract top talentCompetitive Bonus designed to inspire successFlexible on location, remote role with travelFull package details on application
