They see plenty of opportunity for growth and improvement, across their various product ranges, both organically and potentially via acquisition.This role reports to the European Commercial Director and develops and implements sales strategies to achieve profitable growth across the company's product range and routes to market.You should have experience in a similar sales leadership role within a medium-large technical building products manufacturing business.Must have demonstratable experience in driving aggressive growth strategy, with a strong track record of achieving and stretching sales targetsAble to demonstrate experience where they have worked in an influential role, proving their agility and resilience to deliver growth within a large, fast-paced environmentProven leadership and strategic capabilities with the ability to manage different stakeholders within a large organisation.Proven ability to lead commercial teams, including customer relationship management, pricing, and strong negotiation skills.Excellent communication skills, with the flexibility and adaptability to liaise with and manage at all levels in the organization.Pragmatic, result-driven with an eye for detail and the ability to be both strategic and detail-orientated.Positive attitude, open-minded team player able to collaborate across a global organisationYou should ideally be centrally based, although this could be anywhere between Manchester, Leeds, London and Bristol.
