To provide accurate quotations to our existing and potential customer base in a timely, professional manner. Dealing with current and new customers on a daily basis to ensure we deliver the right timber frame package at the most cost effective rate for both the client and the company. Liaising with suppliers to request costing for materials and negotiate rates. Following up on all quotations and leads by telephone and email and answering any queries that the customer may have. Attending meetings and negotiating contracts. Must have the ability to successfully prioritise a busy workload and work under tight time pressures. Working closely with all departments to ensure customer satisfaction is a priority from start of the project to completion. Previous experience in the timber frame industry an advantage but not critical. Commercial awareness a must.
