An opportunity has arisen for two Sales Executive / Account Manager to join an established and highly successful sales team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service as well as account management and lead generation.



THE ROLE



As a Sales Executive / Account Manager, you will be responsible for the following:




  • Nurturing and managing business relationships with key customers, focusing on understanding their needs and building long-term loyalty.

  • Outbound calling within your allocated market and geographical region to create a pipeline of opportunities.

  • Answering inbound enquiries to generate leads and making outbound calls talking to customers and following up potential leads.

  • Support with general marketing alongside an external supplier for the business including website, internal events, LinkedIn and social media.

  • Prospects for new clients and targeted marketing.

  • Plan and develop strategies for attracting new business.

  • Updating and managing internal databases.

  • Assisting with sales order processing.

  • Work towards set targets and goals.



THE CANDIDATE



The ideal Sales Executive / Account Manager will possess the following skills:




  • Experience in account management, customer service / sales support.

  • Proven experience of lead generation.

  • Sage software knowledge (or similar packages).

  • Ability to resolve problems and work towards deadlines.

  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
