Barclaymeade are actively seeking people interested in pursuing a sales career with a Telecoms & Connectivity business who are growing their new business team in Whiteley, Fareham.



The company are specialists in delivering bespoke telecoms systems to small to medium-sized businesses across the UK incorporating both hardware and support services.



They are looking for energetic and motivated professionals to drive sales and bring in and nurture new business opportunities giving you a complete 360 degree oversight of the sales process.



Key activities and responsibilities of the role include:



- New client prospect generation:�Researching, qualifying and generating potential new clients from a variety of methods including leads, incoming enquiries, research and the in-house database.



- Communication: Maintaining excellent and professional verbal and written communication throughout the sales process.



- Client Relations: Provide and maintain excellent customer service skills , building relationships with customers through great service provision and aftercare.



- Closing the sale: Uncover, explore and close the sale to contribute to the businesses overall sales targets.



Key candidate skills / attributes:



- Highly motivated self-starter with a passion and drive to succeed.



- Interested and able to navigate technology. Particularly telcoms-related (training provided)



- Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills.



- Tenacity and a drive to keep pushing forward, winning the customer over at the opportune moment.�



- A�background in a sales environment would be beneficial, but not essential.





The position will be based in the office with an early finish on Fridays and you will have excellent earning potential in the role, by way of bonus/commission on the deals brought in to the company.
