We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive (Scotland) to join our Sales Team! This role is based in Scotland and will cover all of Scotland. This role is full time, Monday to Friday.About Us:Harlow is one of the UK’s leading suppliers of print management and fulfilment management services to both the private and public sectors. We have provided these solutions for over 75 years and have a proven track record of delivery and supporting our customers with efficiency savings whilst ensuring consistently high levels of service.Your Role:As a Sales Executive you will play a crucial role by creating and closing new opportunities, securing new contracts, and maintaining existing contracts. By using a consultative approach to selling, the Sales Executive will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. This role requires the ability to effectively communicate the Harlow's capabilities and expertise to potential customers.Your responsibilities will include:Developing and executing targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for print, design, software and fulfilment management solutions customers within public and private sector customersGenerating prospects and business opportunities through networking, following up cold leads and leveraging industry events to contribute to the overall growth and expansion of Harlow salesUsing effective lead generation techniques to identify potential customers within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, local authorities, government agencies, education and charitiesMaintaining records in a CRM (customer relationship management) system, ensuring effective tracking and management of customer interactionsCultivating and nurturing relationships, retain customers, foster continued partnerships, ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty from existing customersStaying informed about specific needs, challenges, and trends within the industry and using knowledge to position Harlow’s services effectivelyNavigating complex negotiations, build rapport, and communicate effectively with key decision-makers and senior-level executivesCollaborating with the internal customer service team to address customer concerns promptly and ensure seamless and continuous improvement of service delivery to customersAnalysing sales performance data and market trends to make informed, data-driven decisions and implement improvements based on analysisFostering a customer-centric approach by actively seeking and incorporating customer feedback into sales and business development strategiesEngaging in training and development opportunities to enhance sales and business development skillsYour Experience and Qualifications:Significant experience in B2B sales and print management, preferably within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, local authorities, government agencies, education and charitiesExperience and working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) toolsDemonstrable track record of over-achieving sales targets in previous rolesStrong written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and within a wider team to meet and exceed targetsValid UK driving licenseResident or willing to relocate to ScotlandHow to Apply:If you ready to take your sales career to the next level and be a driving force in our company's success, we would love to hear from you!
