Salary: �23.5k w/ Uncapped Commission Opportunity
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
We are representing a successful and growing local company based in Leeds. Our client is looking for an ambitious and driven person, who is looking to develop their sales experience and progress their careers within a supportive, and forward thinking company.

The Key Duties of the Internal Sales Executive:

• Achieve or exceed expected targets securing new business opportunities within various industry sectors.
• Achieve minimum daily call KPI targets.
• Inbound/outbound telephone calls contacting business owners and directors
• of qualified prospective contacts, to secure online meetings/presentations for our Business Development Executives.
• Ensure the Business Development Executives have full diaries with quality meetings.
• Establish a strong working relationship with your Business Development Executives

The Key Skills of the Internal Sales Executive:

• Experience of working with a CRM system/computer is desirable.
• Willingness to continually develop sales skills, strategies, and techniques.
• Develop New Business accounts and Up/Cross Selling Skills.
• The ability to work on your own initiative.
• Customer service and rapport building skills.
