Red Rock Partnership Limited are delighted to be working with our prestigious client in Baston who are looking for a Sales Executive to join their busy team.



About the Business:



Our client is a leading UK manufacturer of plastic water tanks, chemical tanks and water bowsers. They are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join their team.



About The Role:



As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales. The sales team communicate with a large range of customers from different industries both B2B and B2C.



No cold calling!



Shift: Monday to Friday



Salary: �28,000-�30,000 per annum DOE



24 days of holiday + Bank Holidays



Company is shut on Christmas period



Roles and Responsibilities:




  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Creating accurate quotations as per customer specification on the ERP system.

  • Accurately record and update CRM throughout the sales process.

  • Inbound lead follow ups & quotations, Outbound calls to prospective customers.

  • Upsell products to maximise sales opportunities.

  • Close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry news/trends to effectively communicate with customers.



About you:




  • Previous experience working in a sales role with proven levels of success to a range of customers (B2B & B2C).




  • Experience in managing a sales pipelines using a CRM system.




  • Self-motivated individual with an enthusiastic attitude.




  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong business relationships.




  • Professional and polite telephone manner with experience in both inbound and outbound sales calls.




  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.




  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.




  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive for achieving targets.
