Job DescriptionSALES EXECUTIVE – PROPERTY WARRINGTON £27,000 + COMMISSION – OTE £32,000 INITIAL 12 MONTH FTC – PERMANENT We are working with an extremely reputable global organisation, due to constant growth and expansion, they are looking to recruit 2 x Sales Executives to work from their Warrington office covering North West, Midlands and the East of England.As a Sales Executive you will be: Responsible for searching and engaging with landlords and investors to discuss services the business offersBuilding and maintaining relationships with prospective clients via telephone, email and F2F communications through networking opportunitiesManaging pipeline and client baseResponsible for maintaining own administration; logging and updating CRM database to track own pipeline, updating spreadsheets, diarising call backs etc.Occasionally attending internal and external networking events to engage with prospects, building strong rapport and new relationshipsThe ideal candidate will;Have proven sales and account management experienceBe a good team player, a people person who can overcome objections and build strong relationshipsCompetent with IT systems, MS Excel, CRM systems etc.Company benefits include;25 days holiday + bank holidaysGenerous bonus / commission schemeFree parkingHybrid working after training – Monday & Friday WFHCompany pension schemeTraining and development, career progression opportunitiesInterested in hearing more?
