Sales Executive - New Business Sales - Taxi
Role responsibilities and overall objectives:
To provide an efficient and first class service to clients when dealing with correspondence, telephone calls and upkeep of records.
Calling new business leads (warm leads) through a CRM system, contacting clients over the phone and by email as well as taking inbound calls into the hunt group.
Increase level of new business and add ons.
Work towards achievable sales targets and be financially rewarded
Ensure excellent quality of documentation is produced and maintained
Accurately quoting prices ensuring clients are given all required information and the most competitive price
Deal with phone calls for new business quotes ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
Record and update all information accurately on the in-house system making sure we are treating all customers fairly under the FCA requirements.
Undertake training for new products internally and externally.
Experience required:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Sales and/or Insurance experience would be an advantage
Negotiation skills
Experience of working in a target driven environment
Good knowledge/experience using Microsoft Office products
An ability to demonstrate initiative in problem solving
Working as an individual and as a team

Location:
Leeds, LS18
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.15pm, 1/2 Hour For Lunch.
Salary:
