What will your role look like?
Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers in the showroom, ensuring a positive and helpful experience
Phone Support: Handle internal phone calls efficiently in a professional and friendly manner
Quotations: Create and email quotations tailored to customer needs
Product Knowledge: Advise customers on their range of machinery and equipment
