This is a mix of internal and external field sales, into High end property developers, house builders, architects & specifiers and the well heeled general public. Offering up to circa £42k basic salary, £64K OTE and growth opportunities. If this sounds like you, read on and APPLY TODAY!-THE ROLE;As Sales Executive, you'll be joining the high end glazing solutions manager in driving sales and revenue growth of their upvc windows, aluminium windows, timber/aluminium windows, bi-fold doors, glass canopies, sliding systems, patio doors and daylight solutions.As Sales Executive, you'll provide outstanding customer service to all of your clients over the phone and in person at the showroom near Preston, as well as being on the road targeting the B2B Property developer sector in the North West.Customers will include the general public, architects, property developers, self builders, house builders and commercial builders. The company sell other high end home improvement products, so there will be lots of collaboration with your colleagues.You will help develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.You will identify new business opportunities and follow up leads with potential customers. You will meet with customers in the showroom and sometimes off site at their homes, to prepare the project brief and quotations, managing the customer projects from initiation to completion where required.There will be a big focus on the B2B developer/house builder market.You will work with the project teams to project manage installations. This is a 42.5 hours 5 days per week, full time role. Being retail, weekend work may be required on occasion on a rota basis.-THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE; As Sales Executive, you will ideally have proven sales experience in retail bespoke glazing, windows and doors/fenestration into both the B2C and B2B markets.Our client is also keen to meet retail led sales professionals from the aligned home improvement markets, such as kitchens, bedroom and bespoke wardrobe sales, bathrooms or ceramics sales, with a good design appreciation.
