Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to join our client based in Egham.

Due to continued expansion we are recruiting an additional team of Sales Executives to work within a financial and legal services department with a portfolio of insurers.

This is a great opportunity for someone with persuasiveness, sales, negotiation and excellent communication skills!

The successful Sales Executive will be responsible for:

• 30 + outbound calls a day (no cold calling)
• Effectively manage your own portfolio of opportunities
• Maintain a high level of client care and ensuing the right outcome for each opportunity
• Maintain all KPIs and SLAs
• Use the technical legal knowledge you will be trained on to continually progress your portfolio of opportunities
• Build strong relationships with insurers to swiftly progress your portfolio to the right outcome
• Maintain performance to a high level in a target orientated environment

The Sales Executive will have:

• Strong communication
• Confident in building and maintaining rapport with clients
• Negotiation skills
