Our client is a 5 * developer looking for a New Homes Sales Executive to deliver their great product on site near Birmingham! This is a permanent role and you will be working on site on a busy sales and marketing suite.This company is a great fit if you’re looking to work in a supportive but high quality environment! The developer have a great pipeline of land in the area, so there is longevity in the role.On offer is a basic salary of up to £32,000 with a realistic OTE of £50,000 and paid mileage. You will be flexible to work on weekends, with Tuesday/Wednesday as your day off and 1 weekend off in 4.You will have proven new homes sales experience, sales drive and be self motivated to successfully convert leads into sales!Using your previous experience as a Sales Negotiator, you will manage the customer from enquiry through to exchange and completion, delivering a 5* customer journey at all times.
