The Job

As a Sales Executive you will benefit from working in a people-oriented culture and alongside a supportive team who are committed to sustainability and high-quality service delivery.

Duties will include:

Following up on enquiries and quotes
Building rapport and strong relationship with customers
Promoting the full range services
Liaising with colleagues to update clients and manage expectations
Contacting lapsed clients to gain new work
Managing a sales pipeline
Updating and maintaining CRM records
Achieving monthly targets
What You'll Need

Experience in Sales or similar; Sales Executive, Sales Advisor, Sales Administrator
Excellent customer service skills
Strong relationship and rapport building skills
Driven to succeed
Team player
Computer literate - proficient in MS Office
Experience with CRM software preferred
