Sales Executive
up to £34,000pa, NN17 4AN, 33 days leave, 8am till 5pm Mon to Thurs 8am till 4pm Fri, Permanent, Immediate start, Pension
Due to continued success and a internal promotion, at a head office location of a global manufacturing supplier has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join them. You will provide support to the Operations Director to join them.
Receiving all incoming orders via email, telephone and Live Chat, and processing them on ERP system
Providing technical support to customers, answering all product questions and queries, identifying and ceasing any up-selling opportunities
Preparing and dispatching quotations, following up to convert quotation into sale
Building rapports with customer, and providing any after sale support
Liaising with internal workshop monitoring order status, providing regular updates to customers
Arranging including confirmation of cost of transportation for deliveries globally, ensuring all import & export regulations are adhered too, and that all paperwork is correct and present
All administration duties related to the roleWe would expect the successful Sales Executive to be able to demonstrate the ability to provide strong customer service of a technical nature, and the ability to identify and cease sales opportunities, be an excellent communicator, and have a good working knowledge of import & export regulations. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within Account Management, Sales Coordination or Import & Export Sales position, from a manufacturing, production or engineering organisation.
You will be joining the global Head Office of a company that has been established for over 40 years, and has an enviable reputation in their field of expertise. Working directly for the Operations Director, this role offers variety on a daily basis.
