Sales Executive
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Location: Northallerton
Salary: Basic pay £35,000 per annum
We are currently seeking a results-driven Sales Executive/Customer Service professional to join our client's team. If you have a background in car sales and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, this is an excellent opportunity for you.
Sales Executive main duties:
* Utilise your expertise in car sales to effectively sell our client's range of vehicles to potential customers.
* Negotiate pricing and close sales deals effectively
* Handle internet leads and follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.
* Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
* Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
* Actively participate in trade sales and promotional events to maximise sales and brand exposure.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
Sales Executive Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the retail or wholesale industry.
* Strong knowledge and understanding of car sales and the automotive industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
* Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
