Full-time Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, 

Our client, a rapidly growing and innovative company, is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join their team. This role is crucial to the success of their product. As a Sales Executive, you will engage with prospective and existing customers through inbound and outbound calls, driving business growth and supporting clients throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage potential and existing customers to introduce and explain the benefits of the business Mastercard.
• Guide customers through the sales process, including credit applications, activations, and onboarding.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Understand customer requirements, address potential issues, and identify needs to drive conversations effectively.
• Work towards achievable sales targets with the opportunity for financial rewards, contributing to the growth of this fast-expanding division.

Key Skills Required

• Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
• A driven approach to meet and exceed customer expectations and sales targets.
• Flexibility and openness to customer feedback and new ways of working.
• Previous sales experience is desirable but not essential.
