Our client, a rapidly growing and innovative company, is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join their team. This role is crucial to the success of their product. As a Sales Executive, you will engage with prospective and existing customers through inbound and outbound calls, driving business growth and supporting clients throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage potential and existing customers to introduce and explain the benefits of the business Mastercard.
- Guide customers through the sales process, including credit applications, activations, and onboarding.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Understand customer requirements, address potential issues, and identify needs to drive conversations effectively.
- Work towards achievable sales targets with the opportunity for financial rewards, contributing to the growth of this fast-expanding division.
Key Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
- A driven approach to meet and exceed customer expectations and sales targets.
- Flexibility and openness to customer feedback and new ways of working.
- Previous sales experience is desirable but not essential.
