Sales Executive

Major Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Proactive Sales Executive to join our client based in Smethwick, a leading supplier within their industry, with a fantastic, friendly team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone throughout an extensive customer portfolio, covering the Southwest and Northeast of the UK.

Salary: �28,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm

Main Duties:

• Sales generation
• Building of relationships with customer contacts
• Achievement of revenue and daily call targets
• Market research
• Assist the Mechanical & Electrical Sales team with any administrative/inbound sales tasks as required.

Candidate Specification:

• Understanding of the UK Mechanical & Electrical market
• Excellent telephone manner and communicator
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Ability to build lasting long-term relationships
• Highly self-motivated and strong work ethic
• Well balanced & meticulous attention to detail
