Hybrid Working

9am – 6pm – Monday – Friday

10am – 5pm – Saturdays on a rota basis

Time off in lieu is given for weekend working.

A Luxury Travel company based in South West London are looking for a Travel Sales Executive to join their growing team.

For this role you must have experience working in the travel sector. If you are passionate about giving customers exceptional service then this is the role for you!

Travel Sales Executive Responsibilities:

To respond to holiday enquiries within pre-determined timeframes, focusing on the highest levels of customer service.

Follow up with clients to close sales.

Gather customer feedback and market sentiments for stakeholders to enhance products and services.

Generate sales leads.

Provide first-level responses to clients' requests and requirements.

Provide responses to enquiries on venue facilities and details.

Recommend range of products and services according to clients' needs.

Maintain the database of sales leads.

To follow company processes and procedures in order to maximise the sales opportunity and ensure that all booking administration has been fulfilled accurately.

Travel Sales Executive Specification:

Experience in travel and sales is mandatory.

Customer facing experience

A proven sales background with a strong emphasis on customer service

Exceptional organisational skills with outstanding attention to detail

Flexibility

Ability to travel overseas.

A number of educational visits take place each year to ensure that our staff have first-hand knowledge of our destinations.
