sales executive

FT Recruitment are recruiting for a sales executive to join our clients ever growing company based in the Sutton Coldfield area,

Duties:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.


• Conduct telemarketing activities to identify potential leads and convert them into customers.


• Utilise Salesforce and other software tools to track sales progress, manage customer interactions, and report on performance metrics.


• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.


• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.


• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent the company and generate new business leads.


• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a similar industry.


• Proficient in using software applications, particularly Salesforce, for managing sales processes.


• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.


• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.


• A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets and driving business success.
