CareerMakers Recruitment are looking for a Sales Executive to join our busy client in Accrington, BB5.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and social media.
Qualify leads to ensure they meet the companys criteria
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Ensure alignment of the sales strategies with overall company objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects
Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions
Use data and insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies where necessary
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates on progress toward targets
Qualifications/Experience
Proven track record of sales success, ideally in a manufacturing industry
Experience in lead generation, sales presentations, and closing deals
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management
Familiarity with the use of CRM software. Salesforce is advantageous
Relevant experience within an SME manufacturing facility preferred
5+ Years experience sales role within manufacturing
Working Hours: - 40 hours per week
Pay rate: £50,000 - £60,000
