Sales/Business Development Executive

£25,000 p.a. plus commission - OTE £35,000-£45,000 p.a.

Hexagon Recruitment are growing and we are on the hunt for Business Developers from either recruitment or telesales backgrounds to join our friendly team. We are keen to hear from experienced and enthusiastic sales people who enjoy chasing new business!

You will be given your own personal development plan so you can map your growth within the business. If you relish in a fast paced environment, you are the person we want to join us!

The Role:

• Identify, win and grow business.
• Gain a solid understanding of Client needs and market trends.
• Keep in regular contact with Clients.
• Research new business leads.
• Visit potential clients at their premises to seal the deal!
