Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours 8:45 am - 5:15 pm
Salary: £25K + Uncapped Commission OTE £35K

Responsibilities as a Sales Executive:- Outbound Sales: Contact small and medium-sized businesses to understand their digital marketing needs
- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and introduce them to marketing solutions
- Client Consultation: Fact-find to uncover customer pain points and offer tailored solutions
- CRM & Admin: Manage calendars, update CRM systems, and handle emails effectively
- Target Achievement: Work towards KPIs and sales targets with full support and coaching
- Progression Opportunity: Fast-track promotion to Business Development Manager based on performance
Skills as a Sales Executive:- Strong communication & sales skills
- Confidence working towards KPIs and targets
- Excellent organisational skills—CRM management, email handling, and scheduling
