Sales Executive 

Must have experience within Plumbing and Heating, whether as a trade or commercially

Location: Enfield

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 DOE plus bonus

Hours: 8am - 5pm

Sales Executive - Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  To provide customers with a knowledgeable, friendly and dependable service whilst at the same time optimising branch sales and gross profit

• 
  

  Maintain current client relationships and develop those accounts further

• Respond to new enquiries and build that relationship
• 
  

  Work effectively as part of a team ensuring that our customers’ expectations are not just met but exceeded

• 
  

  Work with efficiency and accuracy – often under pressure

• 
  

  Maintain & develop company culture, customer satisfaction, trade counter & delivery service

• 
  

  Possess excellent customer service and sales skills both in person and on the telephone

Sales Executive - Skills and Experience:

• Experience within a sales/customer focused role would be ideal
• Experience/knowledge within plumbing and heating is essential 
• Experience on a trade counter would be beneficial
• Must be hungry, driven and full of energy
• Must have a team spirit - working together is crucial
