Our clients are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join their team, you will be dealing with inbound enquiries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales.
Candidates should possess a high level of patience and understanding, recognising that every customer is important, regardless of the complexities they might bring. As they often interact with a diverse clientele, they seek individuals who are adapt at dealing with difficult situations with grace and professionalism. The ability to empathetically navigate language barriers and cultural differences, whilst maintaining a positive and solution-oriented attitude, is a must. Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of project and leadership management courses
Drive sales of construction courses
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their training needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Present and demonstrate their�courses to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and value of their�training programs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in project management methodologies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, in the education or professional development industry (3 years essential)
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools, working knowledge of HubSpot is desirable.
