Sales Invoice Administrator

Location: Gloucester / Hybrid Working Option

Salary: �24,000 - �25,000 per annum (DOE)

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

About:

Gleeson Recruitment are working with a long standing UK leading we are looking for an experienced Sales Invoice Administrator.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Invoice Administrator, you will be responsible for generating accurate invoices, working closely with the customer service team and customers, resolving billing discrepancies, and ensuring accurate financial transactions. You will maintain organised and up-to-date billing and sales ledger records, ensuring compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in billing administration.
  • Proficiency in using SAGE200.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Word).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a positive attitude.
