Regency Living is a family owned business offering a curated collection of luxury park bungalow communities, nestled in some of the most desirable locations in the UK.
We are seeking a confident, dynamic Sales Lead Generator to manage all non-site specific e-mail/telephone enquiries generated by marketing activity, from the Regency Living website, via social media and to convert enquiries to appointments for follow up by Sales Advisors. Key responsibilities in this role are:
To data-mine the CRM system to identify "inactive"/warm leads from past enquiries and convert into active leads/appointments for allocation to the appropriate geographically based Sales Advisor.
To qualify and convert all hot leads to viewings received from the website, marketing activity, social media etc and distribute to geographically appropriate Sales Advisor.
To enter the detail of all discussions with customers onto the CRM system ensuring that Sales Advisors have all essential and non-essential data recorded to be able to establish a relationship with the customer and generate a sale.
To follow up all enquiries with a telephone call and/or e-mailed acknowledgement and manage leads for the entirety of their lifespan keeping customer and Sales Advisors up to date during every part of the sales/enquiry process.
To quickly establish rapport and relationships in order to maximise viewings.
