My Client, a leading provider of Software/SaaS solutions within the public sector require a new business focussed Sales Leader to lead a team of New Business Sales executives selling Software/SaaS into new clients, The successful candidate will have experience in leading new business focussed sales teams and a have a proven track record of driving sales performance to achieve sales targets.Responsibilities:Leading the New business sales team to exceed revenue targetsDeveloping and implementing a sales strategyConducting regular market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and changesCollaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfactionMentoring and developing team members to improve performance and productivityBuilding and maintaining relationships with key stakeholdersPreparing and presenting reports to senior managementRequirements:Proven experience as a New Business sales leader selling Software/SaaS ideally into the public sectorSome understanding of the public sector and its procurement processesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership ability and experience in managing a teamDemonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategiesResults-driven and able to meet or exceed sales targetsAbility to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholdersWhat's in it for you?Excellent Basic Salary and Commission/Bonus schemeSupport from Corporate Sales enablement functionPension, Healthcare, Flexible Hybrid Working
