In this role, the Sales Manager will manage the Sales Team, ensuring effective engagement with the enquiry management system and overseeing the allocation of sales enquiries. The Sales Controller will also lead improvements to the system, follow up on customer interactions, and strive to meet sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
The ideal Sales Manager is a driven and well-organized individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record in managing sales teams. They excel in system management, customer service, and are adept at achieving sales targets while fostering positive relationships with both colleagues and customers.
The Role:

• Manage the Sales Team staff and their engagement.
• Follow up with 'closed sale' customers to gauge satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Meet sales targets and achieve high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
