£35-45k 25 days holiday - all office based

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Trainer to join the team in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales training, and will be able to develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs that will help entry-level SDR’s understand the fundamentals and tactics to help them start their careers by hitting the ground running.



Responsibilities:




  • Develop and deliver sales training programs to Graduate SDR’s

  • Assess the needs of incoming SDR’s with varying experience and develop training programs that meet those needs

  • Deliver training programs in a clear, concise, and engaging manner

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed

  • Work with sales managers to identify and develop sales training opportunities

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest sales techniques and trends



Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in sales training

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
