Sales Manager - Crouch End (mat cover)

We are assisting our client in seeking a seasoned Manager or Lister to join their team in Crouch End. Their success is driven by exceptional results, supported by industry leading technology, robust back-office functions, and comprehensive marketing strategies. This infrastructure allows you to concentrate on what matters most: developing and training your sales team to meet and exceed targets. You will be instrumental in managing a Sales team of Negotiators and expanding our market share in this well-established North London office.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier service to all clients, setting the standard for your team.
• Develop, motivate, and train your team of negotiators.
• Lead by example in all aspects of your role as Sales Manager.
• Drive market share growth and support business development and revenue growth.
• Conduct high-quality property valuations and secure sales instructions.
• Collaborate with senior management on high-profile instructions and vendor relations
