As Area Sales Manager, you'll leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen to drive growth and foster strong customer relationships. This role is perfect for a driven professional with a passion for engineering and a knack for developing innovative solutions.

What you will do:


  • Technical sales representation: Providing expert technical sales support and guidance to customers, leveraging pump and engineering expertise.
  • Customer relationship management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers at all levels.
  • Sales generation: Developing new sales opportunities and expanding the customer base within the assigned region, focusing on technical solutions.
  • Technical quotation preparation: Preparing detailed and accurate technical quotations for service activities and products.
  • Market development: Managing all aspects of sales and market development for the company’s products in the assigned region.
  • Promotion of products and services: Promoting the company’s products, services, and dealer network within the territory.
  • Market and competitor analysis: Identifying market trends and providing accurate competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.
  • Internal collaboration: Working closely with internal teams, including sales engineers, to provide comprehensive technical and commercial support.
  • Performance tracking: Achieving monthly sales targets and submitting detailed reports to track progress and performance.

What will you do:


  • Strong engineering background with extensive experience in the pump and service sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of centrifugal pumps and their applications
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Valid UK driving license
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
