As a Sales Manager, you’ll be pivotal in shaping and achieving our sales targets while leading a dynamic team. This is more than a job; it’s a chance to progress your career in a company that values innovation, teamwork, and excellence.

You will work 08:45-13:00, 14:00-17:00 and earn up to £35,000 - £40,000 + Individual & Team OTE Bonus.

Key responsibilities:


  • Hit Your Targets: Drive and achieve individual sales targets
  • Lead and Inspire: Manage a team of outbound and inbound sales representatives, including a new recruit
  • Strategise for Success: Work with the marketing team to spearhead new sales campaigns and product launches
  • Streamline Operations: Ensure the CRM (Hubspot) is maintained effectively
  • Team Development: Reshuffle and recruit to build a high-performing team
  • Performance Management: Monitor and manage overall sales performance and report directly to the Managing Director

Do you have what it takes?


  • Experienced Pro: 8-10 years of B2B sales experience across industries like recruitment, fit-out, interiors, advertising, commercial services, products, and marketing
  • Strategic Thinker: Proficient in New Business Development (NBD) strategies
  • Results-Driven: Highly results-oriented with a relentless focus on outcomes
  • Team Leader: Excellent communication and motivation skills to drive team success
  • Tech-Savvy: Well-versed in using mainstream CRM software to enhance operations and customer relationships
