They offer a wide range of certification programmes and training courses in areas such as Cyber, Cloud, Data, Software and more!They are looking for a talented Sales Manager to partner with enterprise organisations across the EMEA region, supporting the growth of the business by driving sales opportunities from discovery to closure.From engaging with multiple FTSE 250 organisations, they have solidified their position as a world leading provider of education programmes in the IT & Technology industry.A Sales Manager will be recognised and rewarded by a business that is dedicated to investing in its employees.The CompanyFounded in the 1980s, this multinational company support the learning and development of over 400,000 people annually working with over 3,000 organisations.While the organisation primarily offers courses with their trusted partners, such as Microsoft, Google and AWS, they also provided training for technical apprenticeships, having supported 30,000+ apprentices from Level 3 (Entry-level) to Level 7 (Masters-level).The company contributes significantly to closing the skills gap in the IT sector by offering world-class consultancy, certification, and training services.The OpportunityIn this position, you will be responsible for partnering with enterprise organisations across the EMEA region, supporting them with upskilling, developing and retaining talent.You'll work closely with customers, employing brands across the group to build roles and support career paths.You willConduct your individual prospecting as well as receive meetings from SDRs and develop/close new sales opportunities.Create and deliver accurate forecasts.Sell content, product and solutions to prospects through product demonstrations, video calls, and face-to-face presentations and workshops at CXO, VP and Director level.Coordinate and work with extended team members in Product, Content and Marketing.Collaborate with Customer Success managers to deliver exceptional results that will ultimately lead to more business.Work closely with Customer Success to ensure world class onboarding and customer satisfaction.Align with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering to grow/expand existing accounts.Ideal Experience3+ years of successful sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (Sourcing New Business equal to 80% of quota attainment).Skilled at negotiating business terms with the IT organisation of enterprise organisations and with senior management executives.Excellent presentation skills and the ability to effectively articulate our solution’s value proposition as part of an overall business solution.Great knowledge of the digital space and ability to work with a variety of SaaS tools.Experience selling business solutions in e-learning or training industries - AdvantageApply to the RoleRoles like these are snapped up QUICK, so act now if you do not want to miss out!
