For you to be successful in this position you will be responsible for the below, but not limited to:Responsibilities: Reporting to the Senior Sales ManagerIdentify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion.Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreementsFollow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential salesConduct presentations to demonstrate to potential clients the benefits of our services.Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.Discover customers’ needs and offer solutions to them through the company’s servicesResearch sales statistics and establish sales potential with new business in the target area.Introducing the Formel D service portfolio to develop potential new customersMaintaining and expanding existing customer relationshipsPreparation and execution of sales approaches from customer acquisition to order confirmationDeveloping individual service solutions according to the customer needs and expectationsResearching of market potential along the automotive supply value chainCreation of proposals and presentations in close collaboration with Formel D operationsPlanning and implementation of customer events and campaignsRepresentative of Formel D service cultureMonitoring of activities and progress through the CRM ToolCollaboration with national and internal colleagues to achieve global business development targetsDefine the scope, resources, schedule, deliverables, objectives, risks, contingencies and milestones for each assigned project.Ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget and project scope is controlled.Compliance with group processes and standards.Promote and develop relationships and manage negotiations with the client, as the official representative of the company.Requirements: Demonstrable experience in developing business and meeting sales objectives within the UK.Minimum of 5 years’ experience of automotive salesAbility to prepare technical solutions to the customers.KPI Metrics management skillsExperienced working to Financial targetsExcellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of (potential) customers and address their needs.Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and networkConfidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed with clients and closing deals.Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the services to potential customers.Impeccable interpersonal communication skillsThorough understanding of the industry and industry trendsLeadership skillsHands-on and do it yourself attitude.Clean UK/ or equivalent Driving LicenceRTW in the UK without restrictions (PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP)
