Responsibilities of a Sales Manager:

• Develop and manage a team of Sales Executives, striving to achieve targets and maximising performance
• Conducting regular meetings with the sales team ensuring that they have the understanding and knowledge of new products and services
• Ensuring the department is compliant with company policies and industry guidelines
• Maximise sales and proficiency through satisfaction and retention of customers

As a Sales Manager you will have:

• Experience as a Sales Manager ideally in a large site where you have had to manage a larger team
• A track record of achieving targets and growth in a business
• Good customer service skills, both over the phone and face to face with a passion for people
• Full UK driving license
