Location: Working from Home
The Role

Reporting to the Sales Director you will be responsible for developing both new and existing relationships at the most senior levels within a portfolio of National/Key accounts based in the UK and Northern Europe. Your key task will be to develop the customer base and bring both existing and new SURF (Subsea, Umbilicals, Risers, and Flowlines) products & solutions to market from original customer brief to a timely and profitable project execution. Key to your success will be your ability to negotiate and produce high value bids/proposals and co-ordinate in-company resources to ensure their contract requirements are met.
The Candidate
Such a diverse, hands-on role calls for an experienced commercially led Sales Manager or Business Development Manager with outstanding sales and negotiation skills. You MUST be able to demonstrate skills and experience in the following key areas:

  • Have a successful track record of selling SURF (Subsea, Umbilicals, Risers, and Flowlines) products with medium to long sales cycles.
  • You will be a proven, hands-on, commercially orientated Business Development Manager or Sales Manager, well used to developing and implementing strategic business and account plans.
  • You will be both a Farmer and a Hunter, with outstanding networking and influencing abilities, complemented by your drive, determination, and desire to deliver exceptional commercial results.
