The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, overseeing the sales team, and driving business growth within electrical heating through different routes to market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, a deep understanding of the electrical heating industry, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Set sales targets, performance metrics, and KPIs for the sales team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Spearhead the team, working closely cross functionally with both sales and marketing to optimise results and drive revenue
