Job Description:

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. You will play a key role in developing and executing sales strategies, ensuring targets are met, and helping to expand the company's presence in the BMS market.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the BMS sector.

  • Identify new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client needs are met.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.



Qualifications & Experience:




  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, ideally within the BMS, HVAC, or related industries.

  • Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems and energy management solutions.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team.

  • Full UK driving license.
