As Sales Manager / Sales Director DOE, you will manage a high-end sales dept. of 12 in a fast paced, dynamic and exciting environment. You will have excellent experience in leading a sales team, budgets, knowledge of industry trends &media platforms. A strong network of media/ advertising contacts is highly desirable. The Role: Develop and deliver strategic sales plans whilst building relationships Motivate and develop your Sales Team and identify new business Opportunities Exceed revenue targets, create forecasts, budgets and performance metrics Analyse market trends, train staff & negotiate with our partners/ clients Work closely with Marketing and other Company divisions to align Sales with overall Company Strategy The Person: You will have a third level qualification or strong experience to replace this. Currently be an experienced Sales Manager / Director (5 plus years Sales exp.)
