About the role
The purpose of the role is to achieve monthly sales targets by maintaining relationships with our customer base and developing new business with prospects and lapsed accounts.
What the role envolves:
Produce monthly report demonstrating the previous month's results and predicted sales for the following month.
Forecast sales position accurately.
Produce accurate trip reports and submit them to the Northern Sales Manager before departure and update CRM.
Responsible for all expenses and submitting expense forms to the Northern Sales Manager
Responsible for resolving any issues relating to payment, working with the Credit Control department.
Input any customer complaints into the complaint system and forward them to the customer service team to follow-up.
General
A professional attitude is required at all times whilst working externally and in the office.
Maintain a tidy and professional working environment.
Have a 'Go Getter' attitude and be able to work independently.
Ideally based in Northern Ireland.
Ability to travel to England at least once a month.
Requirements
A good level of education and qualifications.
Previous sales experience.
Product sales experience (advantageous).
A good level of problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to negotiate on all levels.
A good level of communication, conversational and persuasive skills.
Self-motivation and a sense of urgency
