Essential Requirements / Experience:
Must be a proven Sales Manager / up-and-coming Sales Engineer within the Packaging or Printing industries
Must have strong commercial acumen, with a strong attitude
They will also have strong relationship building skills and desire to progress career, learn and get involved

Salary and Benefits
Competitive annual salary circa £ 4 0,000 - £50 ,000 per annum depending on experience + 1% Uncapped Commission (£1M Target)

Covering the triangle from Bristol across to Reading, down to Bournemouth

The Role
The successful Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the Sales Territory for the South-West
Managing OEMs within the Packaging & Food industries
Set and establish new business opportunities
Maintain, improve and establish relationships with existing primary business
Strategy planning with the management team, driving the business forward at a stage of continued growth over the past few years
