Sales Manager

SALES MANAGER - SHEPHERDS BUSH
Dove & Hawk are working alongside a multi-branch independent who are looking to recruit a Sales Manager for their Shepherds Bush office. This will suit an experienced property professional who is looking to join a successful market leader.
Duties/Functions of the role:

• Generating, arranging and attending valuations.
\n
• Converting market appraisals into sales instructions.
\n
• Day to day management of the sales team.
\n
• Coaching and developing the sales team.
\n
• Reporting sales activity and pipeline.
\n

\n

Requirements of the role:

\n

\n
• 5 years minimum experience managing a Property Sales team.
\n
• A strong track record of winning new business instructions.
\n
• A full and clean driving licence.
\n
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
\n

\n

Salary Budgets: £35,000 - £40,000 basic salary, £85,000 - £90,000 OTE + £250pm car allowance
Required working hours: Monday-Thursday 8.45am-6.30, Friday 8.45am-6pm, Every other Saturday 8.45am-4pm.
