Sales must be your passion and a quality background managing teams in a regulated environment is ideal. As well as this, you will ideally come from a financial services background.
The salary for this position is �50,000 per annum and the OTE is �100,000.

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Manager:
- Overseeing and managing a designated Sales Team achieving corporate objectives, and sales targets and providing regular reporting
- Developing the skills of the individuals on the team by listening to calls, coaching in the relevant areas and following up the coaching
- Setting and delivering targets, working with your team to ensure team targets are achieved month by month
- Handling day-to-day queries with the team to ensure they are given every opportunity to work effectively
- Holding weekly team meetings to discuss performance as a team, sales department updates, TCF and any other issues that may come to light
- Spot-checking sales agents, ensuring that data is being managed in line with company procedure
Key Skills and Experience of a Sales Manager:
- Previous experience working within a FCA regulated role is preferred
- Previous experience with a proven track record of successful sales management
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including questioning and listening at all times
- You should have strong commercial awareness and ability to operate at a strategic level
- Relevant Sales Manager experience is required
