Sales Manager

We are currently recruiting for an exciting fast growing property investment company on the outskirts of Reading who are looking for a Driven Sales Manager to join their established team whilst selling high network investment opportunities and leading the team. On offer is a base salary up to �50,000 and an OTE of between �140,000 - �200,000. Career development to Director level is also within the scope of this role.

What will you be doing?

This is a fully office based Sales Manager role, where you will lead by example in selling Investments, whilst leading, managing and growing the team. You and the team will work with a lot of warm leads per day but will require a relentless can do attitude to use other platforms for continued networking within the industry. Each consultant will also be given a list of (Apply online only) prior enquiries over the past 18 months to re-engage on top of the 5-20 new hot inbound enquiries each day.

What skills will you have?

To be considered for this Sales Manager role you will have a strong sales track record with tangible achievements in sales and generating sales, whilst also growing, developing, leading, reviewing and performance managing a small team. You will have exceptional leadership skills and be able to communicate at all levels, with a passion for completing a sale and driving others to do so too. You will naturally be an over achiever who wants to succeed and grow their career with the next step earmarked for this post being a Sales Director position.

What is on offer?

This Sales Manager role is offering a base of between �40,000 - �50,000 with an OTE of up to �200,000 in the first year, with a range of perks/benefits. The working hours are 10-6 Monday to Friday but will require extra hours if you are not on track to hit target.
